How long does my order take to ship?

All Blue Bee Candles products are handcrafted with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and processed before shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, and carrier delays may affect delivery times

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, Blue Bee Candles only ships within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.

What is your return policy? 

Because Blue Bee Candles products are handcrafted and our body care products are personal-use items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fragrance preference, or products that have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

If your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, Blue Bee Candles is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
